Does anyone know if there is a clutch adjusment that would allow the clutch to ingage at a lower portion of the clutch pedal, i would appriciate some help this.

There is an adjustment, on the transmission end of the cable. I did mine, can't remember exactly, but it is pretty straight forward when you get under and look at it, A plastic nut in a retainer and the end of the cable is threaded.
