Can anyone tell by looking at the pics, if its a 2 piece body or a 23 piece body? If the frame and running gear are still halfway decent, it may be an ok restore. Glass Model A bodies and most parts are pretty easy to find.

Could be an interresting winter (spring, summer, and fall) project.

I'm more concerned on the condition of the occupants when it rolled. I feel sure it wasn't pretty.

Ron's right...

When I'm riding in my Shay with the required seat belt buckled, I keep getting the nagging thoughts of what would happen if the car rolled????

There's no support whatsoever in the top or stanchions and the whole upper part would pancake.

I guess that's why I only drive up to 50 MPH, but hey, that's only me.

Though I personally am not of the more modern rims/tires genre, I can see the safety verses the Shay wire rims and the skinny 5.25 or 5.50 X 18 tires...This has stuck in my mind when I read in past postings of reported welds breaking.

Lastly, seeing the price of the wrecked car is nearing 4K, obviously someone may have dissected what the remaining parts may be worth to him/her....Engine, transmission, rear end, gages and so forth!!!!
