Yesterday we took our Shay for the last ride of the season.it was about 20 miles to a popular eating place where our club meets on a holiday Monday through the year.
It was a balmy 36 F with threatning skies.5 minutes after getting home we got dumped on with snow and rain mixed for a few minutes. After that the Shay was tucked away in its winter home.Later the weather was not nice at all.
We certainly did enjoy the times we got out in the Shay and are looking forward to spring
CHUCK: That is why we pull or Shay to Florida. Drive it almost everyday. It is a real CHICK MAGNET on the beach. the ole Shay loves it!! THANKS... DAVE SHANK
Reggie
Why did you have to go and spoil my day?
Now all I'll be thinking of is girls in their itty bitty bikinis for the rest of the day.
Its oil change day for the car and truck so maybe I won't mind the cool temperatures now while I work on them
sunny but CCCOOOOLLLL
Chuck
Sure didn't mean to upset your day....Think nice thoughts...Here's one......
It's only 93 degrees here today...Wife presently swimming in pool and me sitting here in the air-conditioned room...Oh, retired life is so terribly bad in Florida....Being forgetful, did I tell you it's only 93 degrees???
Hey Reggie
You sure like to rub it in
Oh well soon it will be skiing time.
Apres ski is a bearskin rug in front of the fireplace with some good wine and my wonderful wife.
By the way I don't think I'm so forgetful yet so I do know what the above can lead to.
WATCHING TV that is and you thought naughty things didn't you
The weather here is starting to change and even though it's suppose to be near 90 degrees today, it's going to be only a high of 77 (according to the morning newspaper) this weekend.
Guess there won't be many bikini's on the beach???
This temperature/humidity change should make the Snowbirds feel more at home when they come to Florida.
