Grandma Amy's Roadside Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 pint half & half
1 cup milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 (12 oz) packages hash browns (frozen)
Grated Parmesan or Cheddar Cheese (I use Cheddar)

Heat cream, milk, butter and salt. In a 9 by 13 inch pan. Pour mixture over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
