You are 100% correct

Disco; you are right our priorities are in fact 1-to solve serious crimes (Murder, Rape, Domestic Violence and Violent Drug Trafficers). I also want you to know that Law Enforcement is not as Jacked up...well, most of it is not as jacke up as it may appear. You see, the person who is riding around righting tickets is not the same one who is solving murders, rapes ect to be honest, he does not have the training. Just like any job, being a police officer you must specialize in a specific category yes are all qualified to do the basic job but then you have sub fields such as Death Investigation, Narcotics, Child Abuse, Domestic VIolence and let me assure you, you will NEVER!! See a Homocide investigator or Narcotics Officer pull you over for speeding. As an investigator, I have scene more petty violations than you could imagine but, it's not my job to deal with that or enforce those issues. (just a little tid bit).
