| Paul has had to leave for work a lot the past couple of months and when he gets back, I like to cook him a special dinner. The other night I mad a 3 course meal:
Chilled Asparagus Soup (sounds gross, but it's fantastic!)
Rocky Mountain Salad (homemade onion vinegrette as the dressing)
and the main course: Cheese Souffle!
Very easy to make as long as you follow the directions exactly! A very light and fluffy dush.
If anyone wants the recipes let me know!
