I agree with a couple of the comments made so far.
I believe that participating in nudism (the minimal amount I am able) has done wonders in the lust department. It is much easier to look at women as people rather than "objects of desire".
The biggest effect on my life, however has been a spiritual one.
When I got interested in nudism, I needed to find out if it was a sin as I didn't want to do something that would be sinful. I started reading many places including Boyd's site and Fig Leaf Forum, trying to determine if there was any justification to the accusation of sin.
The amazing thing is that I found those in charge in churches that tend to preach that do sloppy interpretation of the Bible, at least in that area. I also found, as I was reading through my Bible, there are plenty of other things in my "fundamentalist" upbringing that don't line up with what the Bible says. I found that it is OK, maybe even good to struggle with God on the issues around salvation and life.
