I remember living in Illinois and the winters were killer. It was fun being towed behind the car on a sled (wow, can you say hazardous?), but I think I've always had nudist in me cause I've enjoyed the summer weather and a minimum of clothing.
In Southern California we've got the June gloom, as its called. Overcast skies in the AM and gradually clearing by noon. This year seems to be especially clouody. We still have cooler temps up till now. I checked the national weather service for Peoria where my brothers live and its ten degrees hotter there. Well, at least we're saving a bundle on air condiyioning costs. Not that we could afford to turn it on anyway. The club, though, is further inland where its hotter and we'll be camping soon (ahhhhhh). |
