I have recently been notified of a suspicious comment in the forum. I checked it out and removed it.

Please, be careful of what information you put on this board. We have been relaxed here (feeling safe) and have probably put on more than we should.

Things to be careful about:
Real names.
Age (especially under 18)
Location of home
Advertising nude picture availability to readers.
Information that was sent to you in private by email (wasn't intended for posting).
Email addresses
What schools you go to

I'm not saying we should not post these things, but advising that you be very careful! Especially to the families who are protecting the their children. (Maybe a time out for a family meeting to make sure you all agree on what to post and when)

There are predators out there and they do not care which board they spy on. They read this board, and they may pick up on information you did not intend.

Thanks to all who have kept a watchful eye on things here. It is very important that we keep this board safe and clean.

Probably not even 1% of the people who read this forum ever make a post to it. We have high confidence in the regular participants, but we know nothing at all about those who read but never post. One can hardly be too careful in a world that does have predators.

The recent exchange of pictures that was so carefully structured and conducted is a case in point. I'm one of those who was delighted to be able to see the beautiful faces of several of our teens who post here. I'd like to adopt every one of them as my grandkids.

I can't imagine how that exchange of pictures could ever be handled with more regard for safety, and yet some of us did observe a flaw in the process. If any of the parents of the teens wish to know more, they can email me.

Boyd, I used to see your name on Netnude and always appreciated what you had to say. It has really been nice to read the family messages posted the last few weeks but I have felt very uneasy about some of the posted info. I hope everyone takes your caution message seriously.

Just for info, I am a retired 69 yr old tech writer, Christian, married for 48 years, and raised two daughters. I became a home nudist when I was about 13. In those days, about the only nudist communication available was magazines. My favorite was "Sunshine and Health" which is no longer published. One issue had a picture of a nude man wading across a stream and had my same name. To this day, my wife says it was me, kind of a small joke between us.

She never accepted the lifestyle and neither did our daughters. I think that if the Internet had been available then, our family life would have been different. Today, we have a nice home with a private back yard and pool which allows me to practice a nudist lifestyle comfortably. My wife will join me nude in the pool at night but that is the extent of her nudist participation.

I have noticed a little looseness in the practical/personal precautions in this forum, including myself. I will now use this id for the rare situations when I post, I used my actual first name before. Main problem is I am a person with little imagination.

If you are able to handle it, it's OK to use your real name. I was more concerned about our youth that has joined us lately.

It doesn't bother me if you use your real name, address, phone number, and shoe size (if you are wearing any). Just make sure you take the responsibility.
