This is fascinating

I hope people see it as it truely is, art and the subject of disabled people and not pornography because she is nude.

That took a lot of courage. But people do need to expect the unexpected when it comes to artists.

I hate it when people want you to follow the rules when it comes to art. Yes, there are rules to oil painting and watercoloring, pencils and pens, charcoal and other media. there are rules to perspective drawings and realistic. But when you, the artist, have something important to say, you say through art what others say through writing.

I am an artist myself and have not expressed myself through it in a long time. I plan to reach back into myself and see what comes out. Since so much has been "bottled up", I am afraid that too much too soon will come out. Thats what happened when I first started writing about naturism. I wrote myself silly. In fact, it was a lot of words and needed to edited. Thanks to John Kundert (Fig Leaf Forum) for his help.

But back to art, she did come out and said what she had to say, and I hope that healed her heart and soul, so she too can say, "I will be noticed for who I am, not just what I am." And she was completed in stone.

I hope nobody puts a fig leaf over it.

I too am a bit of artist. If you would like to see a couple of my paintings write me.

I agree artists must be able to express freely, but porno, or very nasty works go beyond art. Art is expression, but like photography which I am very good at as well having been an aerial combat photographer, and did some work all over the world I find porno trash offensive. Not just because I am ordained, but because it is not for the public what we do in our bed in an intimate moment.

Now nudes even children done in good taste not spread shots are wonderful if done artistically, but that is to one's own interpretation. I would not do spread shots, but would love to do a good nude sometime. Not found a model yet.

But Christians whether nudists, or not must remember our bodies are the temple where Jesus dwells. So when we view such trash then question the real Christian there if they say they are. Having said that I do not want any to think me a prude, or such. I have gone into so called nudist newsgroups, and damned the spread shots of just genitalia pics not being true nudism, or naturism.

Nudism is the expression of the whole body, not sexual parts alone. Those that go about spreading apart for others enjoyment are just simple exhibitionist that get off on it nothing more. Just as the voyeurs get off on looking at just the breasts, and genitalia, not the person.

My web site is http://home.earthlink.net/~revcg/
I would love to hear from other Christian nudist families, and will share my photography, and paintings with any that wish to see them. No nudes as I am not very good at drawing bodies yet. I could before Vietnam, but then just could not get a nose right to save my life afterwards.
