I've been wanting to make this observation for a while. My three granddaughters, now 7,8,&9, have a pretty good collection of Barbie dolls. They often come with elaborate costumes, and sometimes several outfits. But it doesn't take too long before they are just naked, the clothes scattered/lost. BTW, it is really a challenge to get those little outfits back on 'her'.

Good friends of ours are moving from their home of nearly 40 years. They found their daughters' old Barbie stuff in their attic from about 25 years ago, including a couple of Kens, and gave them to our girls. Let's see how long Ken keeps his clothes on!

Ditto here, too, Ken & Barbie! This weekend Josh and I were nude just over 36 hours in one stretch (and, got the laundry done then, too)!

But, that's not as much as when I was growing up. There were times in the summer that my brother, sister, and I werer naked for a week or more at a time. The good old days .

I wish I could have had the opportunity to be nude like that growing up. Oh, well...
