Hi There:
I have been since Monday an working since Wednesday. It was overwelming the first day in a half. No power! No Gas for car, except one place 2 hours line. Only one person cut in line and I honked and honked while others yelled. Hardly anything open. If there is anything open 2-3 hours line the first 2 days after the hurricane hit. Mcdonald's had only drive thur for 2 blocks. It was very tiring and shocking. But I am thankful my house is OKAY....
Now for Ivan....
I am think about trtaveling north and hunting up a good resort. Can you recommend any. I looked into Ga but not sure how accessible they are?
Spunky.

Whispering Pines in NC is pretty accessible as far as I remember, but you may have to contact them for better information.
They are just a few miles off the coast, just off of Hwy. 19, north of Myrtle Beach by about 25 miles.
They have trailers and tent spaces. The trailers they have are permanent and have wooden walkways between them. They are accessible I believe.
