That the name of my new yahoo group. I like to get it started by asking how does a lady opening tells that she believes in naturism without being judge. When I started posting to open ended Christian Nudist group on yahoo a guy emailed me asking why a single lady would because a nudist, when its the man that brings her in. I have since heard that it happens booth ways.I have actually learn so much in this past year about being a nudist. And I love the freedom. I have even been to 2 different resorts. My pastor's wife knows that I hang out nude at my house but doesn't know that I believe or been nude in public. My roommmate(she) knows I am a nust and respects that she doesn't believe in the lifestyle. She stated to me the other day that if its right why don't I be more open about it. I was talking with my guy friend about when and how do I disclose who I am as a Christian women. Does anyone have anything to say here? Men or Women?

Spunky, the degree of openess about our enjoyment of life in the nude is a function of the tolerance we find in our community of course, but there is something else to consider:

If you live in a small town in a conservative area, where a few influential families call the shots; if they decide to shun you, you might find yourself out of a job or you will suddenly notice that a lot of your key customers disappear or your business's suppliers don't go out of their way to deliver their goods and services in a timely way.

A friend of mine was a building contractor who fell out of favor with a leading member of his community in a town of about forty thousand people. He had to move. His former friend apparently made a few phone calls and this contractor was completely hog-tied. This doesn't even relate to nudism, just life in a small town when you fall out of favor with key people.

Some parts of the United States are far more tolerant of different points of view. If you go to an open-minded church and live in a tolerant town, you might be entirely at liberty to live the life of a nudist with much more candor than other parts of the US.
