Hello All,

Not sure what is up, so I guess what I am doing is starting a rumor. The editor at work has requested photos of shirtless men, preferably larger men. It sounds as if PA may make it illegal for men to be topless or it may be that way already. When I asked him about it he said that many municipalities currently have laws on the books making it illegal for men to be shirtless, but they are not enforced. I guessed they dated back to the 1800's but he said that most came about in the 1950's. I then proceeded to tell him I think the state of New York allows women to be topfree anywhere that men are able to do so. He asked "Why would they do that?" And our young college intern chimed in "Equal Rights" . Yes but seldom is a woman seen topless.

Don't get to hysterical yet, I will keep you updated. More than likely we will be reporting the laws are already inplace. Have a nice weekend.

Sorry, but I had to put it in there. I was reading along and when I got to my mistake, I just busted out laughing. It was only maybe a half-hour before that I read the other post. It was too funny, I just had to add that.
