Kevin and Myra came by today around noon-thirty. Great visit, chatted some about the forum, but mostly about whatever.

He reminded me of the Chatroom, and I got to thinking, "Hey, I said the chatroom is supposed to start up again in September and thats now!

So what day folks? Monday sounds great to me!

Boyd

The two of you together for an afternoon.
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Not such a big visitor

September 6 2005, 10:57 PM

It was a VERY good thing!!

Seriously- it's so refreshing to be able to sit and eat a meal- naked! -with somebody besides Myra!! Not that she's all that bad, but you know what I mean...

Very few occasions or people allow me the freedom to dress as I please, so any time that I can is appreciated. Beyond that, and much more important, is being able tosit and talk with a friend- about religion, jobs, play-time, being nudists, whatever... it was just good to sit and talk.

The trip was good all-over, with only one small "incident" with my step-daughter to concern me. Don't even know if she was aware of it, so... oh, well.

Did get some... interesting near-burns from driving naked for six hours at the time in the middle of the day. That was cool, too. Nobody on the interstate even looks!! Between the trips going down and goming back I drove for a total of 474 miles (but who's counting?)totally naked, with over 400 being during day-light hours, totally visible in our little-bitty car. Not one "incident".

Anyway... Later! I gotta go to bed...

God Bless
Kevin

A Medium Size Visitor?

September 7 2005, 1:21 AM

If you're not a big visitor, you must be a medium size visitor? Never mind...sometimes my jokes fail...

Kevin said, "Seriously- it's so refreshing to be able to sit and eat a meal- naked! -with somebody besides Myra!! Not that she's all that bad, but you know what I mean.."

Well, actually I haven't had a meal with anyone else (except me, myself, and I) - naked! One day soon, hopefully. But it is nice to have a meal with others naked or not. Living by myself, I always found cooking and eating became a chore and a pain. It was much more fun when someone came over or I went somewhere else.

Sounds like you all had a great visit and just a wonderful chance to relax. I'm sure glad.

"The trip was good all-over, with only one small "incident" with my step-daughter to concern me. Don't even know if she was aware of it, so... oh, well."

Ah yes, the one party is unaware of a problem "incident." I know that all too well these days. My sister seems to be a growing incident.

You and Boyd sure like to drive naked. I sure wish I had your courage to try it once. And you're right, no one on the interstates look at ANYTHING!! Well, except the cell phone key pad, rearview mirror to put on makeup, the newspaper, and a few other things....never traffic...never...ever... I do believe I have a cloaking device on my car (ala the Klingons or is it the Romulans?), because I've had my front end nearly knocked off several times since I've got back.

What kind of little car do you drive?

And I'll avoid the question about the near burns...

Glad you and Myra enjoyed your weekend!

Blessings!
Nancy

lasting impressions

September 7 2005, 6:01 AM

The "near burns" are his upper body, the side that got the sun most of the trip as he drove along the freeway. And of course, there is a stripe where the seat belt was! LOL

As for me, it was great to not have to get dressed when someone knocked on the door or Gwin hollering out (where the visitor at the door can hear) "BOYD! SOMEONES AT THE DOOR, BETTER PUT SOMETHING ON!!!!" doh!

Medium-sized...?

September 7 2005, 8:57 PM

Hey Nancy,

We have a Ford Focus. It's basically a motor with seats and wheels, but it does us good, and actually has alot more room than it would seem like. We even went camping in it once.

Boyd already described my almost burns, and I have to say I must have looked pretty silly at his house on Monday. With that lighter stripe I look like the kids who used to tell you what school bus to get on.

The shoulder strap mark is clearly visible, but the mark from the lap belt is there, too. I have alot of red on my upper legs, and some areas in between. I keep things trimmed short in that area, so there wasn't alot to block the sun. The day after there was a slight chaffing issue, but that was the worst of it.

Guess I'll have to be a bit more carefull!!

Oh, and if you really want to see what driving naked feels like, just do it how everybody starts out- late at night. You might just like it... even if women aren't as free to "indulge" as men are. I've even driven home from work on really hot days totally naked. Right through the middle of town. But that was in my truck...

Anyway...

Later
God Bless
Kevin

Kevin...

September 8 2005, 2:18 AM

I've driven a Focus before. I actually liked it because the seat "fit" me. There are some cars that don't. Around here they are advertising VW Jettas for $149.00/month. A friend of mine has one and I'm really tempted to go look at one. We'll see.

So, with the sunburn description it sounds like we can call you Kevin the Safety Patrol? I was one of those in elementary school. In fact, my fourth and fifth grade years I was second in command of the patrols. :- )

So as a "safety patrol" may I remind you about sunblock?

(Somehow I get the feeling that when/if we meet (hopefully at CNC if not before) you may slug me for giving you a hard time. )

I'll have to work up my courage some night to drive home nude. I'm beginning to really change the idea that not only can we do almost anything nude that we can do clothed, but it's so much more comfortable!

Later...

Blessings!
Nancy
