I've been reading hear for a long time. First time to get up the nerve to post. I'm a 51 year old nudist from NE South Dakota. I primarily practice at home nudism, I would like to at least have the opportunity to chat with other likeminded people in my part of the state. One problem I have is that my wife hates the fact that I prefer to be nude. Sleeping and going from the shower to the bedroom seams to be OK. I don't ever need to wear a shirt or underwear but not allowed to go completly nude in her presence except for short periods of time.

First of all, welcome aboard! Glad you got the nerve to speak up here.

You mentioned a problem with your "reluctant spouse" (to say the least). We have that a lot here. Sometimes its the women hollering "help". So you are not alone.

Jan (www.netnude.com) has a section for reluctant spouses and so does Cheri Alexander (www.travelites.com)

Cheri is full of wisdom and help for women who are reluctant. Of course, there are people here as well.

I will hope many will come to your aid. In the mean time, keep reading, keep the faith. Be patient, show love and compansion. Be as Christ to her at all times. Take advantage of any "alone" time you have.

Thanks for the welcoming. One of the issues I'm dealing with is not just a reluctant spouse but one that dislikes the fact that I go nude. I'm not trying to persuade her to go nude, just let me.
