Time sure does fly...

... when you're having fun!!

Myra and I finally made it out to White Tail park yesterday, and what a short day it turned out to be!!

Granted,it was almost 2 in the afternoon when we finally got out there, but we're a little slow getting going on weekends, sometimes.

It was only about 50 degrees, give or take a couple, but not too cold to get out of the car and walk into the office naked. I'd been driving naked in the nice, warm car for miles, and saw no reason to get dressed for a 30 foot walk.

We got all signed in, then drove over to the parking area. We headed over to Allen's place, but he wasn't there. I was naked and not as uncomfortable as Myra in her t-shirt, so I went over to the open-air pavilion to check out the kid's pumpkin carving contest while Myra went inside. At the pavilion I found Allen's wife, who screamed at me to put some clothes on!! She was in sweat pants and a long robe, and shivering badly.

We talked for a minute, then I headed in. The pavilion is shaded, and the wind was starting to pick up, so I was finally beginning to get a little cold. On the way in, a couple people made comments about how I was (wasn't!) dressed. They all thought I was a little cracked, I guess. I was the only one naked outside that I saw all day...

We got into the indoor pool, and started a pick-up game of volleyball with the only other couple there. Before long we'd gathered enough people for two real teams, and spent the next hour or three playing. At lunch time we went over and bought some Brunswick (sp?) stew from one of the kids, then headed over to Allen's trailer to eat. Most of the people in the park were eating an appreciation barbeque dinner in the pavilion, but by now it was too cold out, and I'd much rather sit in a nice warm trailer (naked...) and eat. Allen and family showed up later, and we sat and talked for quite a while, stopping to go out and give wrapped sugar to the kids in costumes that were wandering the park. Can you think of a safer place for kids to trick-or-treat?

After a while we all headed over to the main hall for the Halloween party, and if you've never been to a Halloween costume party at a nudist resort, boy have you missed a treat!!

There was a live band (they must have really thought we were out there!!) and dancing, and later a contest for best costume in three catagories- women, men, and couples or groups. That was something to see...

Way too soon, it was after midnight, and Myra and I had to drag ourselves back home. We both mentioned how so very quickly the day went by, and we know that's a sign that we don't get to relax nearly as much as we need to.

Anyway, it was a fun time. I've been trying to get out there on Halloween for three years now, and this was the first time that I've made it.

Boyd- In the next day or three I'll e-mail you about what Allen and I talked about.

Later
God Bless
Kevin
