Hello my friends,
Just dropping in to say hello. Although I have not been writing here lately, I am still reading the messages. We have just been so busy lately. Our 23-year-old niece and her two daughters just moved out of our place on Friday. Gearing up for that move, and cleaning and rearranging our home afterwards kept us quite busy, especially this past weekend. This allows me more nude time, too, because although our niece didn't mind my nudity, my wife did.
We did take a break Saturday night to have dinner with our friends, another couple, and then get in their hot tub afterwards. My wife and the other wife did not skinny-dip, but the other husband and myself did. I was glad my wife allowed that because she usually doesn't. She actually surprised me. It was very nice.
We joined the YMCA the week before last. The men's room is like a miniature, or male only, naturist area. On our second visit, about 15 men were in the room and all of them, except one, were naked. The men's room (as well as the women's room) has a hot tub, sauna and steam room, and all the naked men seemed to going nude, staying naked almost their whole time.
When I asked my wife if she got into the women's hot tub nude, she said, "No. It is not clothing optional you know." I said, "Funny thing. All the men in the hot tub were nude. Actually, all the men in men's room were nude." She was surprised. Since my wife will not even try naturism, I find this a kind of outlet for me now. It is not quite naturism, which involves both genders and all ages, but the general atmosphere is similar. As with naturism, most of the men there seem to not only accept nudity, but also prefer it and enjoy it.
Anyway, we have been so busy that I have not had time for the message boards. As I said, I still read this board, but I have not had time to post messages. I have not been reading some of the busier boards though, including Fig Leaf Forum, my favorite. I am behind on FLF about five days now. Speaking of FLF, since this board has discussed taking risks, what do you think about the Apologia's points, discussed in the February 18 Daily Digest, concerning the issue of taking risks? For one, it says, "I believe Christian nudists should refrain from any sort of risk-taking. I strongly advocate that
all nudist activities take place where they are both legal and not likely to offend."
Well, I hope you all are doing well. Like Laura, we have just been so busy that I have been unable to participate here much.
Blessings,
Greg
