Recently, the "cyber police" has been monitoring chat rooms for illegal activities. I am not worried about us, since we dont do anything illegal anyway. But since the BACN Chat Room is not being used during the week, I am having it turned off to public or login use by anyone other than myself. I am not sure if someone may be using it at 3AM when we are not here watching it.
The only time it will be turned on is on Monday nights sometime between 8:15 and 8:30 PM, so if you show up at 8:10 pm, and it's not on, wait a little bit, either I or Kevin will turn it on.
If I am not able to make it, I always call Kevin and ask him to monitor it. Otherwise, the chat room will be off during the week except after 8:15 pm Monday nights.
Thanks for your support. And also thanks for your self policing of this site making sure that those posting on the Forum stays on track as well. I have had emails sent to me letting me know that something fishy is on the board. I really appreciate it.
