this is especially for Daniel (I have been here before but used my real name) We have conversed back and forth about nutrition..I read that you have skin trouble and need to be without clothing for 2 hours each day..society doesnt realize we should be without clothing most of the time. I am wondering..to help when you do need to wear clothing if organic clothes would help or using a natural soap both for washing clothes and for bathing..I have found that AUBREY ORGANICS makes some of the very best natural soap products. These are my thoughts only. I also think it would be nice for this group to meet somewhere..I would have some trouble simply because I havent been around many people just in my skin. I was able to go to a naturist camp here in Kansas last year..not many people were there because word was out in our area that they were closed down (so it was perfect for me) Since I am a house painter my dream woud be to paint a house or 12 in my skin only. THANK YOU for having this web site Mike

Human body designed for a life of nudity

June 7 2006, 9:16 AM

Skinwalker,

God designed the human body to live without clothes.
People hurt their own bodies when they try to live in a way that is contrary
to what God designed.
Our skin needs air for health. Loose garments help, but nudity is a more effective way of delivering oxygen to our skin and evaporating moisture. Our blood and lymphatic systems need freedom from binding elastic, belts, shoes, and pinching fabrics.
Our skin needs a certain amount of regular exposure to sunlight to make vitamin D, to help sanitize the skin and regulate serotonin levels (affects mood).

Relations betweeen the sexes are less nudity-obsessed when nudity is a regular
part of their lives. I am not talking about men looking at photos, but real
world situations where people go about their daily lives without clothing.

There are of course situations in our fallen world where clothing is necessary, but even then, it is a compromise with the optimal condition of nudity.
Obviously fair-skinned people living in sunny parts of the world should seek
shade or wear clothing when the sun is high in the sky. But that is a concession to our imperfections, not God's original plan. Nudists adjust their routines to the daily rhythm of the sun, keeping their personal limitations in
mind. When they are free from social constraints, nudists and naturists have little true need for clothing in the temperate zone.

God is not mocked. When we try to cover up that which was designed to be in the open air, we bring needless problems upon ourselves.

Re: clothes

Hi Mike (skinwalker)

Welcome back, and thanks for the advice for Daniel and others here.

I do know that some types of soap do cause skin problems. I get a rash between my legs and I think it may be the soap we are using for our clothes. I can be nude all day and it won't go away, probably because its still in our towels and bedding.

As for us getting together, would be nice. You may want to try to do your best to go to a naturist resort on weekends (an open one) and start getting used to being around people. It's a psychological thing that can be changed in a short time. If you are the type of person who is socially shy, then even clothing won't help you. Best to get out there and just "do it".

We are as scattered as anyone across this country and world. Many here I would like to meet personally. So far, I have met personally, Kevin and Myra, and Trailscout, Cheef Dan, and a couple of others.

We all happened to be at White Tail Park for the CNC (Christian Nudist Convocation) in '05.

But I hope to get out there and start meeting many more folks. Got to find a way!

I think the concensus in our family is to get a motor home and pack a business on the road and go for it. We seem to be at peace when we are traveling. And I am at peace when I'm nude.

maybe I better take my own advice, to travel naked.

natural soaps

June 9 2006, 9:39 PM

I MUST use natural soaps for bathing, I usually use aveeno products. As for washing clothes I have to be very careful as to what clothes are washed in. Organic and baby freindly soaps are the best. If clothes are washed in the harsher and chemical detergents then my skin will break out into a whole new level of ugliness making nudity and bathing neccesary immediately.

When I must be clothed, it is best to wear loose fitting clothing to allow air flow over my skin, as was noted in a previous post.

Here is a link for anyone interested in this product. I personally have not used this or even heard of it until now, but thought it was interesting.

Aveeno Products

June 14 2006, 3:26 PM

Aveeno products are awesome! Although they can tend to be a bit more pricey than others, they are very well formulated. When I was younger, I had the chicken pox and my mom got the oatmeal bath treatment for me to use. I felt a little awkward sitting in a bathtub with oats floating around me, but it really did help out with the itching (although my itching wasn't that bad at all) and soothed my skin. I also have used their shaving cream for sensitive skin. There is no fragrance and it lathers very well. It makes my skin SO soft and I make it a habit of at least sleeping bottomless after I've shaved with it! lol Soft sheets on freshly shaved legs is absolutely heavenly!

I also find that Aubrey Organics White Camillia & Jasmine soap is excellent for soft skin and shaving..at one time I was using a "Walmart type" shaving creme for sensitive skin but now I just use a good emollient organic soap..there are ALWAYS alternatives in the "natural" world..we all know about the "natural" world..dont we!!!!!!!

You can find this at your local Wal-mart......

....but you will need to look for it in/near the perfume and cosmetics area. Yes they are a little pricey, but well worth it as far as I'm concerned.
