Hi!
My wife and I are new to nudism. Resorts are expensive, we would like to find some friends that are like minded.so we could enjoy fellowship.
We live in N.C. and want to be as God created us! Can anyone help?
Also, Boyd your articles have helped me more than you will ever know. I believe this is your ministry.
Boyd lives in NC, and I live in south-eastern Virginia- close enough that he and I have gotten together to meet several times. We've also met Trailscout and a few of the others.
Give us a ball-park area- no specific location needed yet if youaren't comfy with that- and maybe we can come up with something.
Also... WELCOME!!!
It's great to have new blood come in. Tell us a little about yourselves, and we'll know better how to relate. How old are ya? Kids? Grandkids? Denomination or non-denom? C'mon, help us out a bit...
Anyway, it's wonderful to have you with us, so stick around for a while and get comfortable.
hello, thanks for all the replies. I sent an e-mail with this reply. After some thought, I figured I would post it here. I am 31 and my wife is 25. I have 2 kids from a previous marriage, and we have 2 kids together. We live in the center of North Carolina. And we are affiliated with the Church of God. We are brand new to nudism and want to find like minded people to fellowship with. This website has been a real blessing to me. I'm not ready to give my identity just yet, as it could cause me some problems. But if anyone wants to leave their email adress, I would be happy to contact you.
I would like for trail.scout to e-mail me.. if possible.
Here I go as a very low key home nudist and naked before my computer and the world.. I am 64, and spent the bulk of my life in Texas. I was in the USAF in Tucson in the 1960s just as computers came into use -- in a Univac 1050 II.
I founded a radio station in 1965 which I still have today -- KTXN FM in Victoria, Texas. I have done most of the functions at the station except for hands on engineering.
Religious background includes Byzantine (Czechoslovakia) for my mother's mother and Lutheran for her father. The family great grand dad -- Baass -- cane to Texas as a surveyor. My father is from a family that came from Milan, Italy in 1890. The people in that area are called Lombards -- from red beards -- aqnd invaded Italy in the 500's. Religiously thew old country families are Ambrosian Catholic -- influencewd y theGreek bishops in 4300- 400. A.D. I am a Catholic -- but a very conservative and broad studied one. I found the Maronite Catholic rite is the closest to my Italioan roots. Academically I have studie various fields -- communication arts and business.
I have much in common with Pentecostal and full gospel as well.
It is such a thrill to be able to comment on naturalism and so many other topics. Please I like to talk about a lot of things and noithing gets me more upset than the narrow minded. You know each of us is so unique that we each will have a spiritual task to complete noone else can do.
Each religion has truth.. that is the reason we have to be careful and tolerant..you never know whether God wants to enlighten you with some jewel given by someone you least expect...
I have several naturalists in the family.. I am curious, in the AANR nude cruise there is a mention of daily service for Catholics. Were the priests naked or was the congregation at any time during these services?.
The newspaper columnist that interviwed me about my trip to Yugoslavia later did a bitr about the nudist operation at Bolling, TX. He does the newspaper web page every day...r
Boyd and Kevin, whar in a few wordsare your back grounds?

Due to a severe case of corporal tunnel syndrone I must hunt and peck (pick?) the letters on typewriter. This is offset by sometimes not concentrating with too much on my mind. This sometimes does not lead to checking each letter..
After founding the radio station at age 21,events got outr of hand and I found myself requiring that I take time off from these radio duties and joined the USAF, where I was a clerk and typist in the supply squadron at Tucson, AZ. My office symbol was CSUPEE "known as soupee". Most people go from the hunt -- method to the home key method -- upon losing my finger feel, I have had to learn the more primitive method again..
My first love has always been radio/television broadcasting, where it is by the way of info that in my interviewing technique I normally took no side as to thoughts of interviewee, but rather stated "that's a perspective --" For a year I did a popular sunday afternoon show whgere I tape recorded a 30 minute interview and broke it down into 6 parts -- playing one part per hour across the afternoon.. a recap is given each hour and a previw is added after each play.. The purpose is to to drive away an audience, but rather to add to an otherwise dull timwe period. I had a list of people, whom I called from as stories cleared the wire service. Music was very broad -- I played from thew pop charts, country on occasion, and international Spanish -- a sort of local Monitor from NBC Radio of the 60's and 70's.. The list od local interviewees is very long. For the local Junioe College I interviwed many celebrities who were a part of the lyceum -- speakers -- program. I also used the theater of the mind to re-create events in peoples lives -- e.g. bank robberies. This was before the time of computers and software.
You would be amazed the depth one gets involved with their listeners in live radio. The telephone can be an open channel to anywhere in people's lives as they spilltheir hearts out to an un-known person represented by only a voice.
As a result of these experiences as involuntary consolee that I find the need for ultimate life style to be almost essential for relaxation and health. Wittness the number of people dying from cancer at ages of 40-60 and driving themnselves.
The time is long gone when one could file for and receive a construction permit for a radio station withou competitive bidding which has driven all but the Daddy Deep Pockets away from Radio station ownership. I still feel the need for local radio stations and local owner/operators. I testified before the Public Utility Commission in Austin (TX) about the need for a better telephone area code system. I also consulted small business for the Entrepreneur Association in Austin for 7 years. I did work for the Society of Broadcast Engineers as well as tesatified in low power FM hearings before the House Commerce Sub-Committee.
For a brief period I worked as a researcher/intermediary for sale of goods and services to the state government with the Comproller of Public Accounts in Austin, where I lived for 9 1/2 years -- dividing my time between my ranch in Victoria and an apartment in Austin -- both in Texas. I am re-modeling my ranch home in a long range plan and now live in a garden home off a cul de sac near our shopping district in this city of 60,000.

Hi and Welcome! Kevin, the second admin on this forum, has told you a bit about us. I live in Greensboro. If you don't want to disclose information on the forum (don't blame you there) you can email me.
I'm glad the articles helped out. There are plenty of other sites on the Favorite Sites page.
Got a question? Just ask, believe me, you'll get answers here, and it ain't all me either! These guys on this forum are good at what they do.
Again, welcome, and hope you can stick with us. Let your wife join us as well, we could use some more women and their input. My wife posts on here about once every few months.
Also note our "adopted prayer" at the end of this message and at the top of the forum. It was written by one of our regulars here, Greg C. Also from Virginia.

Hey Boyd. This is happy2beadam's eve. I read the reply you sent to my husband. I would love to help out with other women who are shy, anyway I can. Although, I am new at this as well. But I will not be new for long. I did enjoy my first experience. If there is any women who would like to hear it, I would be more than happy to share it with them. And anything else they would like to know. I would also like to hear from some women also. Even one's that are more experienced than me. I could use some advice myself. Thanks for responding to happy2beadam. I hope to hear from you soon.(and anyone else.)
We welcome you too! Glad you can make it. I hope you two can continue with us. There are many more who visit this board and you will meet them over time.
Also note that we have a live Monday Night Chat room at 8:30 PM EST. See the link at the top of the forum.
The reason we make it at 8:30, it's because some on the West coast will be much ealier, so they need time to get in.

Don't think you need to wonder if anybody else would like to hear about your first experience- it always helps to hear about it from a new perspective, especially a woman's.
There is always something new to be found each time a person "discovers" naturism, and even those people who have lived that way for a long time can learn something new, if they just listen.
Also, there are always people who come to this forum and read, but never get the courage to post here. You never know; what you say here could have a huge impact on somebodies life, even if you never know it.
Welcome to this group of fine people. I live in eastern NC. Though I enjoy being nude my wife is not a part of my desire. I have to be nude when she is not home or when I am sleeping. Oh I am an old goat, lol,71 to be exact. Take care and God bless.
Now that the message has been on the board a few days, I thought I'd reply to it...lol
A little about me, just to get to know you: My name is Laura. I'm a 23 year old woman from small-town Texas. I just graduated in May with my undergrad degree and am working on a certificate in Surgical Technology currently. I first got into naturism around my sophomore year in college with my best friend. I immediately loved it and it gave me a huge boost with my self-image and self-esteem. I'm one of maybe 2 or 3 regular female posters to this board, so I welcome your female half!
Hi Laura! You're not going to belive this. I am going to college for Surgical Technology myself. I have just started college so it will be a while. I'm going for the Associate Degree. I am 25. Me and my husband have not been nudist for long. We have only been to a resort one time. Thanks for the warm welcome. If you and I keep posting maybe more women will join us. If you're ever in N.C. give us a holler. (That's southern ya'll) I hope to hear from you and others soon.
