Finally found it. Don't know why mapquest doesn't bring it up.

It's SE of Anderson, SC, which is right on the interstate going N-S. Clemson is just NW on the other side of Anderson.

From the aerial photo, it looks like a nice place. I'll be interested to see what develops there.
