Welcome back hunterron, and we hope you do have resolution to your new "nude" year.
How can we help? Its hard to say. We will need to find out what kind of person she is, what her background is, your background, how long you have been married. There are so many variables that "logic" may not always do the trick!
Many people realize they have unusual issues with things, yet are not comfortable with changing those ideas, even though they know it is not correct.
Others feel they are right and nothing you can tell them will prove it otherwise. And some just need a little encouragment and some sense of security in their lives to help them move forward.
Even God dealt with each person in a different way than another.
If you look at people as colors, you can understand how they think.
Green Blue, Yellow and Red.
Job was a Green. He was a logical person that needed data and information. He was a Self Contained and indirect person. He used rulers, accounting, research, thought, etc. God spoke to him in such a way.
Abraham was a Blue. Direct and Open. He tended to do things without thinking it through. God said "lets go", he said "sure, I'm packed and ready!" Always doing something stupid with women. Guests come over, he said "sure, got plenty to eat, come on in!" They are usually the actors, singers, outdoorsmen, hikers, love to fly, race. They are also scattered and tend to do too much.
King David was a Blue too. Also President Clinton.
Matthew the disciple was a Green. Peter was a Blue.
Now Martha was a Yellow. Open but indirect. She was concerned about serving, helping, taking care of the home and the guests. Always worried about the little details. Like the green, she can get easily upset with people if not understood, but also upset with themselves. Moody, quick to take the blame, but also will stand up for the little people, the poor, the lame, the weak.
There are some kings that were Reds. Indirect and Self Contained. People like this are usually leaders, CEO's, Kings, Presidents. They say "My way or the Highway". They are not easily teachable unless they get knocked down flat on their faces. God had to do that a few times. Think King Nebukenezer, King Saul, King Ahab. President Bush.
There are a lot of situations that put people into different places in their lives and we need to know yours and hers.
