Good News

My brother was found in Arizona today. He still has alot of issues that needs your prayers, but a least we know where he's at now. I don't know at the moment where he was headed to but I'm very happy that we at least know he's alive somewhere. My father talked to him breifly this evening, and Mike told dad something about checking in at the VA.

So what I believe is going thru his mind was to get away from everything, check into drug rehab again, and start over again totally away from the old influences, so he can begin life all over again without returning to the same old cycle.

Keep him in your prayers,

Daniel

Wow, good news. If he was trying to get away from old influences as a part of drug rehab then he's got alot of smarts. It seems like the biggest impediment in a full recovery is being around old "friends" (they aren't) and access to the problem.

We're all with you in this and even though it would have been nice if he would have communicated with you his intentions, the good news is that you now have some news.

Great news! I hope that he does check into a rehab program and is successful in his attempt in healing! I'll be keeping him in mind!

We were hoping thats what it was! So glad he let you know where he is at and what he is doing! Sometimes it does take getting away from old places and enfluences to make that life change. Even getting away from your personal possessions and starting over completely.

But like Job, if he sticks with it, will be blessed with twice even three times as much!

I know the family is very much relieved.

Really good news

December 29 2006, 7:32 AM

That's really good news, Daniel.

My friend with the severe depression is undergoing shock treatments that seem to be helping. Somehow, his wife who is near being a nurse in UVa's system got him into the shock treatments free. He's out of work now and doesn't have any insurance. We just hope he can be cured and that she makes it through the training until graduation next May. We're helping out a little bit.

Ralph
