Did anyone else catch this on the USA network this past Friday? They took the expected opportunities for cliche humor but they seemed to balance it out surprisingly well. They even let it be known that Monk's assistant was "one of them" and the police character chastised Monk for his intolerant and bigoted attitude.

Don't have cable, so I don't see it, but read about it in another Chridtian nudist group. I'd say "cliche" is a very good word to describe the way most any show is written where nudists are involved. Tired, lame jokes and the usual body image phobias. However, it si good to see that the polic characters took a positive view of the assistant's nudism.

I tried once to watch that show and couldn't because of the main character's mental problems. After working for 28 years around people like that, I don't care to watch a show where the main character has a severe mental illness. I don't find that in the least bit funny.
