The weather is beginning to warm up some! There is still another week or two of nasty weather that will come and go, but a nude summer is just about upon us!
Live Nude and Prosper in 2009, (and I really do mean nude AND prosper)
It got up to 70 here in south west Missouri on Wednesday. Unfortunately, we're expecting snow again this weekend. (That makes 3 weekends in a row for us)
So thats where the snow went! We keep getting forecasts for snow, and getting nothing!
But though it is warm today, it will cool down considerably for the weekend, as it has been doing.
But in a couple of weeks, it will start to average up a few degrees. Enough for me to want to stick my naked butt out a bit more. Whats holding me back now is the trees are still bare and my neighbors can see more.
BTW, I hear it's OK for the trees to be bare, and in the winter even, but not us humans.
Not much in the snow department here in So. Cal. Although, we did have some down along the coast when wifey was in the Navy and I worked for the Navy exchange in Long Beach 'bout 15 years ago. Kinda hanging in at moderate temps here so we don't have to turn up the thermostadt too much and I can still sneak out with my ever popular open robe at 5am for the paper. Even with the economy we're looking forward to a great summer and some wonderful nude camping together.

Live Nude Prosperously
The local weather is promising snow for most of the area, though not much, enough to say we had some snow. That is for Monday and Monday night. Not much more than 2 inches, along with rain. The nasty stuff. Then 40's on Tuesday.

Despite the downturn and the massive layoffs I have somehow managed to keep my job, so even though my superiors don't value me much we can still depend on the paycheck every two weeks. All of our savings and inheritence is gone due to the stock crash and paying for printing, but we have a garage full of books for our publishing company, so there's at least a product we can sell to reinvest in new inventory. A good friend across the country has loaned us money without a note to finish paying off the leaches that printed many of or books. They are a Christian company, but their attitude and actions are anything but. We found a great printer in Michigan who does the work at half the price and better quality, so that was a great blessing as well to be led to them. Wifey has managed to save up some $$$ and says we can renew our club membership. Being out there for our weekly visits and summer camping trips brings us closer than anything we've experienced before in our marriage. Its too bad so many Christians are so intensly fearful of any nudity because they would find the same bonding with their spouses we have.
The positive thinking is an uphill struggle. We constantly battle mental and spiritual attacks and pray together to cast them out of our lives and home. Some days you ask yourself if you're ever going to find success and wonder if your retirement plan is going to be a handfull of sleeping pills and a bottle of Jack Daniels. Kind of dreary, I know, but if we bring these things out into the light we can see them and deal with them more efficiently.
Not sure if I mentioned it before, but yes, we have a publishing company. Like many companies such as Apple, its starting in the garage...LOL. We're a secular company and have published about 20 pocket sized women's devotionals. The individual women write the devotionals based on their own life experiences. Wifey also has weekly podcasts that people can call in live and participate in where she gives lessons o writing, marketing and publisizing your books. Wifey is the genius behind the business. I don't have that calling, so I'm the support staff.
I don't mention it on nudist sites much or ever write the name because of repercussions that others have had in ministries and/or jobs. The women are very fun and open, but many are a bit repressed in their thinking. One woman submitted a proposal and then consulted her pastor to get his "approval." He did a Google search and found one of our websites listed here. Suddenly, the words, "Danger Will Robinson," popped into his head and he wondered about our company and who we associated with. I talked to wifey and she explained that we know many people and we can't control who might like us and post a link to our sites. They accepted that and we moved on, but they were VERY cautious and almost fearful. It bothered me that she felt she needed affirmation by an authority figure, but I guess that's her belief. I will tell people if they ask about the books individually, but I can't write anything on nay nudist site. It would be like a teacher or pastor being discovered. You know how that goes!
I didn't mean to ramble about problems in the previous post, but I thought I would highlight that despite all of our spiritual and monetary problems we can all keep thinking positive and move forward. I'm still able to pay the rent and everyday something comes up where we get a new chance to start again.
No, the funny part is that I think we helped open up their minds to different ways of thinking. They may have realized that nudists aren't demons and that just because we have an association with a person or group that doesn't mean we're a part of it (even tho we are...LOL). They may have seen that ordinary people read our websites and that those ordinary people are also nudists who simply enjoy our publishing material. Did I explain all that correctly?
I am also looking forward to the warm weather. Unfortunately in this area March is usually a very rainy month with is more of a deterent to activities at our local club.
I have chosen not to participate in the economic down turn so our office is doing some expanding.
Terry, sorry you were treated poorly by your printers. I have found that there is no such thing as a "Christian Business", but there are many "Christians In Business". These people do business by the Book and let you discover their character and Christian faith.
Off and on warm, chilly, sunny, cloudy, rainy here in Southern California. Even though we don't get the severe weather its cold enough to yearn for the hottt days of summer and our weekly club trips and nude camping days.
I suppose you're right about Christian business and Christians in business. Our current printers in Michigan gave us their policies up front. We emt them at a book convention in L.A. where we had a booth. They stated what they expected and what we would receive. The saleman was always available for questions and very helpful. Whatever their spiritual philosophies, we found them to be more Christian than most any other business we've dealt with in the past. They set an example with their actions rather than trying to act very pious and holy. I've found evangelism is more than just reciting Bible verses. Its showing what you stand for in your actions and deeds. If you went to our original printer I'm sure you'd get a totally diferent story since we all see things through our own biased eyes. All I know is that wifey and I both felt bad sensations when dealing with these people and even around their produce. We had to lay hands on the books and pray away the evil influence.
Here, March is in like a lion, and we hope very quickly, out like a lamb.
We should be getting nice weather starting Saturday. I'll be off on Monday and Tuesday to work on my car.
Speaking of economic downturn, our company decided to have all salaried employees to take five days unpaid off over the next three months. 2,2,1 or 2,1,2. or 1,2,2.
I am taking two of them to work on my little car. My Ford Aspire has become Ford Expire. The Clutch plate burned out. We found out that our little PT Cruiser has some serious pulling power, not that the Aspire is all that heavy, but we were impressed. Towed the car back about ten miles. This was last November. I need to get that car (35-40 mpg) back on the road!
So we are depending on the weather improving. I hope to work on it in the nude!
