We are still here at the motel. We are waiting for our check from are car settlement, which we thought was coming in yesterday (Sat) and was hoping to move to our apartment. So we spend more money sitting here two more days.

At least, since we are staying here for more than thirty days, our tax was removed from our bill because after thirty days, it is considered as "rent" and not motel stay in Colorado. That helped some, but our hope was to use that money for buying bicycles instead of more motel stay.

Anyway, still alive, just hanging in there without hanging ourselves.

I hope I speak for many of the people who read your forum here in that we wish we could do more for you. We'll all keep praying that you're led to the right place to live with all the money you need to move forward to that goal. I will pass the word onto my wife as well. She is always concerned about your family and especially your newest adventure.
