Are there lots of rental properties available now? I think we're going to rent for the first year or so...just to be sure everything is cool...which I know it will be.

It would be so nice to be painting in Manitou. I cant stress enough how Ive always loved that place...ever since I was 10...dome 25 years ago. I used to cry when it was time to go back to Houston...
