memphis couple here...have visited manitou on way to see family in basalt and really liked it. high interest in moving there if you will have us.
we are attracted to the artsy feel, the gorgeous scenery, garden of the gods, all of it. truthfully, it reminded of us italy a little bit when we drove into manitou for the first time...and thats a good thing.
house is going on the market monday, soon to be manitou-ians.
