I had heard the spa blding was finally going to be renovated/saved and by Murphy. From what I have heard, he is more than qualified. He has an appreciation for historic buildings having done quite a few of them....and also will make some bucks on those condos he is putting in!
NOT a big fan of the cafe (((I know! they are a community favorite to be sure)).... I like breakfast with bacon!
