I am so sorry. I know how it feels to have a sick rat and not be able to aford a vet vist. If they are really dieng I think you should try to make there last days the best they ever had. You might want to go to the rat fan club site at www.ratfanclub.org to try to fined out what is wrong with your rats and what you can do. Good Luck!
