Idea: You might try an animal rescue group there are some that provide money for medcal assitance ect.. You can look in the phone book, call the local poud for a number and look in a search engine by putting in any of the above words animal rescue in your state medical assistance etc.. good luck it does sound like he needs to go to a Vet. and get on medication very soon it would be a shame to lose him...
