Well, if you don't want to make a swing, I don't think there is somewhere where you can buy one. But you can buy a hammock. Anyway, you could "come to a compromise" (i'm not sure with who though ;D) try goning to a pet store and look for a swing. If you can't find a swing specifically, look for something safe for your rat that could be or resembles a swing. Maybe you could tie some kind of long dog toy to the top of the cage, and well, you get it! But heck, maybe you can just buy a swing at the petstore! You'll have to find out. Good luck looking!
