Thats amazing that its already 97 down there. it only reaches 97 here in the very middle of summer. but i enjoy the moderate weather. it's kind of an element of suprise in michigan. we might have rain, or a humid storm, or a cold front with a blizzard, or just a nice cloudless day. i only hate the days when its not raining, but its just big clouds and no chance of the sun peeking out. it's like a really stuffy nose in the sky, and you feel like you can't breathe.
but you know what they say about michigan; if you don't like the weather, just wait a minute!
i can't imagine what it must be like when you two see a map of the country that shows where rain is. it's like, well, the whole country is covered in brown, and , yes, there's michigan again, all covered in green. but even if it does rain a lot here, i think its cool that we are one of those rare inland peninsulas.
well, there i go again, writing much more than i intended. oh well, it's just my nature.
oops, i've got to say something about rats! um.....i know! the babies are going to school tomarrow! i'm a little nervous about their well-being, but mrs. cowhy is really nice. i'll make the babies secure by playing a little bit on her worries; "oh yes, mrs. cowhy, you might not want kids opening this up, or else you'll have baby rats crawling extremely fast all around your room!" wish me good luck!
