think that peaunt is sick

hi iam anew rattie owner , i have a year old rat .. her name is peanut , she is doing alot of weird gunting and sneezing , tonight looks as tho she had blood on her nose ... should i be concerned i have done alot of reading on this and , should she be put on meds ???
