I heard about the black-outs, but missed what happened. what caused it? being in the west, I, of course, was not affected, but!!, Now we have a gas line rupture, between Phoenix and Tucson. So, the gas prices are way up and lines of cars in line to get gas.,in Phoenix. It is not like that here, YET. but who knows whats next?.
