I think she pretty much feels the same way do do. Confused!! Don't send mixed signals just ask her,do you ever think about us being more than just friends. Now I am not saying make the poor girl feel akward or pressured. See what she says if you hug her. Just a really light quick hug. She is obvioulsy not playing htg so just get out there and tell her how you feel!! That other guy really should remove that stick from his butt!
