I dunno about a drink for a name. My rat looks like she's drunk because of her ear infection. It might be bad luck.

Opey (esp. if you have a blind rat; it's from opalescence)
Moonshine (if you're a hippie)
You could look for an African website with African names. African names are cool and original!
