I guess I stopped visiting this place because I don't have many more questions about rats. I still have rats, Sweet Pea is quite the old woman now and turns two in four days. She's getting weaker, but doesn't like to show it. I've had to seperate her from the babies because they're mean to her sometimes, and she lost a lot of weight because she can't compete with them for food. When she dies, we'll use her cage for squirrel rehab. Bwahaha.
I almost want her to pass. I would miss her terribly, but watching her deteriorate is torture, and brings up memories of Rosabella. Plus, I can't get closer to the babies, because Sweet Pea needs a lot of attention. I really don't want her to die though. Geez I'm so torn.
That's so cute about Mac falling in the pond. Poor baby. I try to give my rats baths once in a while, but they freak out and poop everywhere.
Well.....I might not visit too often, but I'm sure I'll come back sometime. Love your ratties.
