My rat wasn't looking so healthy today so I took her out and realized she was severely emaciated looking except she still had a fat tummy. Her stomach is watery feeling (like normal fat, not a tumor)but her upper body, around her ribs an spine was bony. Today she was eating a bit. I cleaned some food cups out of her cage a saw that she had eaten some of them. She also has labored breathing.
I don't know what to do. I have been researching her symptoms but I can't find anything that matches all this.
