They would need someone from the air supervising them while the work is in progress. There is no way to check their work from ground level especially at nighttime without lights. The only way to check them is by means of an aircraft like helicopter hovering above communicating with those on the ground. Those crop circle were done in complete silence and without lights. That was amazing, don't you think so?
