Response to That is correct. That is what the millennium is for. |
|
At the time of the day of the coming of Christ, those who were dead in Christ together with those alive believers when Christ comes the second time will be changed into spirit, with spiritual bodies, and they will rule the earth, with Chirst as King of Kings. Rev. 5:10, .. It is the time when the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of the Lord, with lasting peace, prosperity, abundance and joy, and this will last for a thousand years...But just at the end of the millenial rule, Satan will be turned loose and will again deceive the whole world. Then there will be great struggle, when rebels will try to conquer the camps of the saints, but God will destroy them...
After that, there will be a resurrection of all the dead. These will be a period of judgment, where people will eventually be taught the way of God.. Those who choose to obey and accept the way of God will become part of His kingdom, and those who wont accept will be judged in the lake of fire -- the Second death.. eternal death...... forever without any resurrection....permanent death.... total annihilation..... And then come the hew heaven and the new earth....where there is no more sorrow.... no remembrance of the past ....... no tormenting of humans anymore... Those who will suffer the lake of fire eternally are the devil and the sinning angels.... Tartaroo.the lake of fire......God is merciful. Jesus Christ is God....CYRUS2009 | |
