I have a question, I recently started collecting comics, Batman, Superman, etc. Green Lantern being my main focus, because he is the most interesting. What issues would be a good choice to start out with and pick up. BTW, Alan Scott is my favorite, but I like them all.

I would go with the first 25 issues of the current GL series for some good stuff, you won't be sorry.

Check out 'JSA' and also 'Batman: Gotham Knights' (this is the best Bat book out there right now). If you're a Green Lantern fan you'll be quite pleased with this title soon... starting with #150 a new Green Lantern will be taking over for Kyle (permanently). Kyle is on the way out. The rumor is that'll be John Stewart or , if it can be pulled off, Hal Jordan!!

I would definitely love to see Hal Jordan back as Green Lantern. However, John Stewart would suffice (if necessary). Bottom line: let's have someone other than Kyle Rayner now. It's simply time for him (and all of us, I think) to move on. Kyle Rayner was a noble experiment (his selection did "shake things up") but enough is enough. Kyle was right the first time: he's just not cut out to be Green Lantern. At the very least, he's not the best choice for the job.
