ok i thought long and hard as to what my first question on the forum will be and here it is:

What ever happened to Hal's battery? was it destroyed when Coast City was or did it get destroyed earlier or what? cause i got an idea for a storyline and it involves kyle discovering hal's old battery and i needed to check to see if i would be 100% accurate with my facts

That IS a good question! I don't think it ever was revealed as to what happened to his battery. He did usually keep it in interphase, or invisible with him.

THAT is an interesting question.

I never thought about that and I can't think of anywhere that I have seen this brought up.
I would figure that DC would say that he absorbed it into himself when he became Parallax but that sounds kinda lame.
Anybody else?

Most likely, it simply disappeared when Hal absorbed the battery.
Otherwise, it can be assumed it's remains became Kyle's battery, as his ring is Hal's ring recreated.

missing battery...

Wasn't there an annual or secret files issue that had Hal (as Parallax) collecting all of the old Green Lantern's batteries. (It was definately a Marz issue.) Hal completely ignored any member of the corps except Guy, Kyle and Alan... I don't remember if he was using his own battery too though.

Does anyone else remember this, or did I dream it?
It was after Zero Hour and before Final Night somewhere...
