Green Lantern(Kyle,Hal,Kilowog,Sinestro) vs. Superman

Could each of these GLs-Hal,Kyle,Kilowog or Sinestro defeat Supes?
Hal-hard to say,but if they both go all-out,Superman would probably win,
Kyle-the same,
Kilowog and Sinestro-hard to say,but both Superman and Cap could defeat them.

Also did any of GLs did this:a)created galaxy-destroying devices/weapons and;b)restore all of JLA's members,including each of members' powers???
Did any of GLs did that,in pre-crisis or post-crisis?

My second problem:I don't think GL is the most powerful supehero in DCU.Why? Because,GL's ring can't create something that is more powerful than Superman or Captain Marvel.What does it mean to be more powerful? It means your energy level(in this case the energy level of the GL's ring) is GREATER than the energy level of your opponent.But GL has much wider range of powers and that's not more powerful that's only,like I said,much wider range of powers!SURE GL'S RING IS LIMITED BY USER'S WILLPOWER AND IMAGINATION,BUT THE RING HAS AN LIMIT IN HOW STRONG AN ENERGY CAN BE CREATED FROM IT,plus it has limited charge!
