The Corps is returning!

Well after reading GL #107, I have to say, a return to greatness is apon us! Finally, these lame 2 dimensional stories with Kyle will fade and we will have real stories again! I have finally accepted Kyle as a Green Lantern. Notice I didn't say, "the" Green Lantern, but this is a step in the right direction! Jade is great as a GL and looks good too! It feels good just to see someone were the traditional togs of the Corps! Can't wait to see how many more interesting Alien GL's Kyle recruits! I still am having a problem of the ring how easily it can create clones of itself. If the ring could have done that, why did Hal have to murder all those GL's when he lost it just to take their rings??? He could have just created dups! Issue #31 (1960's) has Hal on cover selling rings that he duplicated, but they were only good for 24 hours and would fade away. How is it possible now, (and the story took place before issue 31 ever happened) that Hal could have created a permanate ring??? Another Dooley/Marz hole in the mythos! Oh well, at least we are going to get the Corps back! I can live with that!

New Corps

The rumor I hear is that the New Corps is only a temporary thing. Kyle is supposed to learn why only the Guardians were supposed to decide who would wield the ring. It may be just another way for Marz and Dooley to finish off the Corps for good. And the ring thing is crazy. Why would the Guardians allow a GL to make new rings anyway? Couldn't a rogue GL, like Sinestro, create an entire corps of GLs that would be loyal to him? It is a bad idea.
