Batman & GL first met in Brave & Bold #59??

Yes, Brave and Bold #59 was an early adventure for the two, but I don't think that was their first meeting. They must have had an earlier meeting somewhere...

They were in the JLA together long before B&B came along. Im also sure they must have met even before the JLA.

Thanks for your vote of confidence. Actually I've been collecting DC comics since the early 70s, so I do have a few memories.

My first recollection of Green Lantern was when I bought one of those oversized comics that sold for a dollar at that time. It was the JLA where Superman and the Flash were racing each other around the universe. The comic itself was kind of lame especially the ending but got me interested in other Superheroes namely Green Lantern.

Does anybody else out there think Batman needs to let go of his mad-on for Hal and what he did as Parallax? He's given Hal what for every time he's seen him since Zero Hour. Nobody else slams Hal like he does.

Your right the Bat needs to relax. Everbody else has gotten over it.

Maybe now that Hal's the Spectre he can look up Batmans parents and give them a good swift kick in the ass.

Or maybe Hal could dangle Jason Todd in front of Bat's and show him his failure.

I like your idea better, While were at it Hal could remind Batman about his great city of Gothem. Not exactly a vacation hot spot these days
