I got a call from Kendra from JAN. She gave me a national number to call for Office of Civil Rights Dept of Education discrimination. I left my phone numbers, because the man was not available to talk to me at that time..away from his desk. School starts again Jan 12th. How long will this take to get resolved? Will I win this case. Everything says that they are not willing to accommodate me in any reasonable fashion whatsoever. I just can't sit by and wait for this to happen. any suggestions?
