Response to I am mad at Target Stores

 

Do you still have the box and receipt for your food processor? If you do, pack it all up and take it back. If the little chickie at customer service gives you some crap, ask to speak to the manager. This has gotten me results in the past. If that doesn't work, check and see if they still carry the same food processor. Go to a different Target and tell them you got it for a gift about a month ago and it went bonkers. They should exchange it for you. I have found that different Target stores vary greatly in how they handle customer serivce.
