Helping another would seem to be among the main goals of a healer...now, I wouldn't heal an evil in the middle of a pk, whether he was the victim or not...though afterwards, certainly. Maybe attempt to Calm them, then help...
In any case, helping anyone could give someone an example to learn by, if you're thinking as a healer, instead of a player.
